About the role as a Recruitment Consultant:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure that we have the right people available at the right time.
- Build and nurture relationships with clients and candidates who share your ‘Good Bugger’ traits.
- Understand you client’s needs and provide them tailored recruitment solutions.
- Conduct regular site visits.
What we are looking for:
- Individuals who have sales experience is advantageous.
- Individuals who have recruitment experience is advantageous.
- Strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal and organisational skills to secure favorable terms for both candidates and clients.
- Effective time management and prioritisation of tasks.
- Someone who can multitask, work at a fast pace, and stay calm under pressure.
