About the Sales Role:
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, building long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with clients as their trusted recruitment partner.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, ensuring the right people are available at the right time.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients and candidates who share our values.
  • Listen to our clients’ needs, understanding their long- and short-term requirements, and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Conduct on-site visits to witness operations firsthand and ensure the health and safety of our team.
Who We're Looking For:
  • Confident individuals who can inspire others, excel in sales, enjoy interacting with people, and thrive on bringing solutions to fruition.
  • Excellent communication, listening, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment, adept at managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Recruitment industry experience is advantageous, but if you possess other relevant skills, we want to hear from you!
