About the role as a Recruitment Consultant
- Manage the 360-degree recruitment process.
- Build and nurture relationships with clients and candidates.
- Understand you clients needs and provide them tailored recruitment solutions.
- Conduct regular site visits.
What we are looking for
- Individuals who have 360-degree recruitment experience is advantageous.
- Individuals who have social media/advertising experience is advantageous.
- Strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal and organisational skills to secure favorable terms for both candidates and clients.
- Effective time management and prioritization of tasks.
- Someone who can multitask, work at a fast pace, and stay calm under pressure.
