About the role as a Recruitment Consultant 
  • Manage the 360-degree recruitment process.
  • Build and nurture relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Understand you clients needs and provide them tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Conduct regular site visits.
What we are looking for 
  • Individuals who have 360-degree recruitment experience is advantageous.
  • Individuals who have social media/advertising experience is advantageous. 
  • Strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal and organisational skills to secure favorable terms for both candidates and clients.
  • Effective time management and prioritization of tasks.
  • Someone who can multitask, work at a fast pace, and stay calm under pressure.
