As an experienced recruiter or proven successful sales professional, you’ll be the key player in our Hawkes Bay office.

Your client account management skills will be crucial as you build and nurture relationships with existing local and national clients, ensuring they receive our award-winning service and support in meeting their recruitment needs. On top of this, we provide a true work life balance with no after hours as our recruitment support team will take care of everything – music to any consultant’s ears.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a crucial part in supporting the growth and success of both our clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

As these are 360 recruitment roles, you will manage the entire recruitment life cycle, from initial client consultations, advertising, sourcing, and matching exceptional temp candidates to roles. Our systems and technology make this a seamless process

Client account and candidate on the job management. We deal with all industries and a diverse range of clients and candidates from across the globe.

Achieve and exceed sales and recruitment targets

Continuously expand your network and identify new business opportunities

Weekly site visits, toolbox meetings and candidate care visit.

What are we looking for:

You will be a team player with drive and energy, we multi task and manage multiple functions at any one time so working under pressure and being organised is a must.

A can-do attitude that likes to high achieve. (We have achievable commission structures and great employment perks that comes with career development) and a team player with honesty and integrity in all that you do.

Good computer skills, and technology savvy person with clear communication skills both written and verbal.
